The Interhouse Gala was split over two days this year. On Friday the 1st December the Year 5 – Year 8 students participated in the Junior Interhouse gala and on Thursday the 7th December we had the Senior gala which included the Year 9 – Year 13’s. We were blessed on both days with beautiful weather and the students on the stands and swimmers rose to the occasion.

The atmosphere at both galas was really special and the standard of swimming was high with a number of records being broken. The outstanding support from the stands was uplifting for the swimmers as all three houses fiercely contested the spirit cups.

The final overall result was as follows (combination of both galas):

1. Dolphins 494 points

2. Eagles 426 points

3. Phoenix 395 points
